JA Saku Asama Farm Stand
Including strawberry mochi hand-made with all heart by JA Saku Asama Women Association “Haha no Aji (meaning “mom’s cooking”)” members, we cell the local farm-fresh foods : baked sweets such as apple pie, red beans rice balls, Gomoku Okowa (steamed glutinous rice with vegetables), Oyaki (Japanese dumplings).
Cuisine
Visitors can enjoy cuisines with local ingredeients such as Tateshina cattle ,Tateshina pigs,and hand-made buckwheat noodle. Mochizuki plateau soft ice cream made with local milk is also recommended.
